Hi, I'm Jacob
I’m Jacob and I’m a student, originally from North-East Victoria. I am an easygoing, social guy that loves to be outdoors whenever I get the chance. I love every aspect of the outdoors, from relaxing and chatting activities to thrill seeking and adrenaline. I enjoy catching up with friends, listening to music, telling a good story and just hanging out with others. Over the years I have have had experience in a wide variety of activities including hiking, fishing, camping, snorkelling, mountain biking, skiing, rock climbing, kayaking and four wheel driving. I also love playing plenty of sports such as cricket, tennis, golf and AFL. I’m excited to hang out and get up to some awesome stuff!

Hello! My name is Tiesha. I am a passionate, bubbly & outgoing person who loves to try new things! I have been working as a support worker for the past 6 months & love what I do. I’m studying nursing & business administration at university & hope to work incorporating those fields in the future! I love cooking, dancing, music, travelling & anything to do with water! I am also happy to kick back and watch a movie.
I love to travel & explore! I absolutely love cooking & dancing. I have been in the dance world since I was 4 years old! I also love all kinda of music, going to concerts & also anything to do with water. Swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding – I’m up for it all!

My Name is Kad and I grew up on the Mornington Peninsula in McCrae by the beach. I spend my time exploring all the beautiful beaches and bushland around the peninsula and travelling to find new and exciting places. When I’m not outside you’ll find me playing keyboard and singing or listening to a good podcast. I was a army reservist for 3 years and a CFA volunteer and both experiences have made me realise how much I love meeting and helping people from all walks of life.

I love a decent chai and ambience of a peaceful cafe. I enjoy being in nature, riding horses, travel, relating and discovering more about health and healing. I am an avid reader and have been a professional writer. Beaches, forests, wildlife, community festivals, markets, op shops and enjoying new places with people and being challenged to grow emotionally and mentally are all in my happy list. I am currently studying Certificate IV in Peer Mental Health, Diploma in Mental Health and Jungian/post-Jungian Clinical Applications. About Our Support Workers
We go through a thorough application process with each of our support workers at Sonder Care Group. That’s why our team is full of passionate, energetic and youthful staff. All of our workers are employed by us and have undergone the appropriate screening and accreditation process so you don’t have to worry.
We make sure to look for staff with a wide range of hobbies and interests. So if there’s something you’re passionate about, we do our best to match you with the worker who’s passionate about it too.
Finding a Support Worker
You know yourself best, so at Sonder Care Group we put a big emphasis on letting you pick the support worker that you vibe with. Here’s how it works:
- You’ll answer our questionnaire.
- We’ll review it and send it out to all of our support workers.
- Our support workers review your questionnaire and put their name forward if they think they are a good fit
- We will then send you the profiles of the support workers we think you’ll ‘click’ with most.
- You pick the support worker you want to meet!
- We set up a suitable ‘meet and greet’ time and if everyone ‘clicks’ then the fun can begin.
- If, for any reason, the ‘match’ doesn’t work, no problems! You can simply choose someone else.
