I like getting to know people, hearing about their hopes and dreams, supporting them to achieve these is my jam! I love to use nature for healing, grounding and fun. I came to the benefits of nature later in life and have spent the last few years making up for lost time! My passion is hiking, whether that is day hikes or multi day hikes, immersing myself in nature and paying attention to the details fills my soul. I have completed many multi day hikes and I learn something new about myself each time. I also enjoy crafting, games, puzzles, swimming, picnics, Djembe drumming circles, music and reading books. I have spent the last 10 years as a Social Worker undertaking roles that focused on families and children, helping family units meet their full potential. The last 3 years I worked as a Adventure Therapy Worker where I supported individuals with psychosocial disabilities to engage in outdoor adventure activities. These activities ranged from whitewater rafting to abseiling. I also designed and provided multi day camp experiences. I am very passionate about supporting people to access the amazing benefits of nature in whatever way feels good for them.
