I am a charismatic people person with a big heart for helping empower people. Raised as an ocean baby, I have a huge love for anything outdoors/nature or that which includes adventure! I am upbeat, zestful with a passion to inspire a life worth living and love a good crack up. From surf beaches, yoga, cooking up a storm, to rock climbing, hikes, a funky boogie night out, or anything else sporadically fun.. that’s my jam! I have a background in support work and working with young kids as well as the elderly. My aim is to leave my clients feeling more filled up than how we started and offer space to freely be!
